This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wyoming.
• Maintain and refresh course-level transfer equivalencies within Banner, ensuring adherence to CCNS standards, institutional policies, and departmental expectations.
• Guarantee the consistency of articulation data across Banner, the published catalog, the website, and both internal and external transfer tools.
• Detect and rectify discrepancies among Banner, CCNS, AcademyOne, and published resources.
• Evaluate coursework and ascertain equivalencies by applying and interpreting transfer and articulation policies.
• Ensure compliance with institutional and statewide standards as well as relevant legislation.
• Uphold the integrity of articulation data through thorough auditing, reporting, and analysis.
• Identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide support for Pre-Transfer Credit Evaluations, manage shared inboxes, and coordinate related workflows.
• Engage in transfer recruitment and outreach through regional visits, events, collaborative efforts with Admissions, communications, and enrollment-related activities.
• Assist with office operations, documentation, routine processes, and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with academic departments, the Registrar, Admissions, and external partners to update articulations and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to inquiries from transfer students via email and phone.
• Perform miscellaneous duties, take part in goal setting, and attend training and professional development sessions.
• A Bachelor’s Degree.
• A minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
• A valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record in compliance with the Driving for University Business SAP.
• Experience will be evaluated on a full-time equivalent basis; relevant part-time experience will be prorated based on hours worked.
• Applicants must specify the average hours worked per week in their current and previous roles.
• Desired experience includes transfer credit evaluation, articulation, or curriculum-related processes.
• Familiarity with a student information system, preferably Banner.
• Background in data management and analysis, including proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
• Experience in applying academic policies and procedures.
• Experience collaborating with faculty, academic departments, and student services units.
• Preferred knowledge of transfer practices, articulation frameworks, and the regulatory or accreditation environments of higher education.
