Coordinator of Systems Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and technical leadership for the development team

• Ensure the effective execution of projects

• Oversee systems and facilitate technological advancement within the corporate environment

• Coordinate activities, track key performance indicators, and support architectural decisions

• Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary resources and direction to successfully execute projects

• Organize follow-up, alignment, and prioritization meetings

• Assist in hiring processes and conduct technical evaluations

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in C#

• Experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+

• Knowledge of REST APIs

• Familiarity with SQL Server

• Experience with Angular or another modern web frontend

• Understanding of layered architecture

• Proficient in Git

• Experience with system integrations

• Adherence to Clean Code principles

• Knowledge of SOLID principles

• Familiarity with Design Patterns

• Understanding of microservices concepts

• Experience with code review processes

• Knowledge of system modeling

• Expertise in application performance and troubleshooting

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

• Project management skills

• Experience in backlog management and prioritization

• Skills in planning and delivery tracking

• Metrics management capabilities

• Experience leading technical and operational meetings

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps

• Knowledge of CI/CD processes

• Experience with Docker

• Understanding of Kubernetes

• Familiarity with RabbitMQ

• Knowledge of Redis

• Understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

• Familiarity with Clean Architecture

• Experience with Azure Cloud

• Background in ERP, MES, or industrial systems

• Experience with integrations involving shop-floor systems and industrial automation

• Certifications: Scrum Master
