• Oversee the CloudOps team, aligning strategy, personnel, priorities, operations, and outcomes.

• Maintain a cloud infrastructure that is stable, efficient, secure, and scalable.

• Management of workflow, rituals, metrics, capacity, workload, risks, and dependencies.

• Understanding of cloud systems fundamentals (GCP, AWS, etc.), networking, and managed services (differential).

• Knowledge of containers and Kubernetes (differential).

• Experience with CI/CD, GitHub Actions, branch protection, quality gates, ArgoCD, Terraform, and automation tools (differential).

• Familiarity with security fundamentals, least privilege principles, secrets management, vulnerabilities, hardening, scans, and access controls (differential).

• Understanding of observability, SRE, and FinOps concepts (differential).
