Coordenador Acadêmico Corporativo – Aprendizagem Dual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee corporate education programs and dual training, ensuring excellence in the implementation, execution, and expansion of projects.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner companies, fostering a consultative relationship and identifying new business opportunities.

• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, monitoring timelines, scopes, indicators, risks, budgets, and deliverables.

• Facilitate integration among companies, academic areas, faculty, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring alignment and quality of deliverables.

• Manage faculty, specialists, and mentors to ensure the application of the DUALE methodology and the quality of formative experiences.

• Develop and track performance indicators, satisfaction, impact, and profitability of projects.

• Prepare analyses and executive reports to support decision-making and monitor results.

• Participate in the development and evolution of academic and corporate products, proposing innovative solutions aligned with market demands.

• Support continuous improvement actions, expansion, and scalability of programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management and Business, Engineering, or related fields.

• Master's or Doctorate (required).

• Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Corporate Education, Innovation, or related areas will be an advantage.

• Experience in managing complex and multifunctional projects.

• Background in relationships with companies, corporate clients, and developing strategic partnerships.

• Experience in academic coordination, corporate education, or developing educational solutions.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMO, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or similar).

• Experience in managing indicators, budgets, and results analysis.

• A profile with strategic vision, analytical capability, leadership, negotiation skills, and a results-oriented focus.

• Excellent communication, organization, and ability to manage multiple demands.
