This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.
• Create insightful and testable creative content across various channels, taking full responsibility for campaign outcomes and lifecycle sequences.
• Compose high-converting emails and SMS communications: Craft subject lines, preview text, hooks, offers, and CTAs—transform designs into messages that effectively promote and sell the brand.
• Manage campaign concepts and angles: Convert briefs into precise creative strategies and scalable messaging frameworks that align with revenue objectives.
• Write lifecycle copy that enhances retention: Develop messaging for welcome, post-purchase, subscription, winback, and churn-save flows that boost customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Create landing page and offer copy: Produce compelling headlines, hero sections, bullet points, objection handling, FAQs, and checkout microcopy that aligns with traffic and promotions.
• Conduct thorough research: Gather Voice of Customer insights from reviews, support logs, social media, and community channels; identify proof points, mechanisms, and specific claims.
• Test, learn, and scale: Suggest A/B tests, establish hypotheses, analyze results, and refine to establish new control measures.
• Safeguard and enhance brand voice: Quickly adapt to each brand’s tone; document best practices and collaborate closely with design and strategy teams.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in conversion copywriting, preferably within eCommerce, DTC, or subscription sectors.
• Demonstrated success in achieving measurable improvements from email, SMS, or landing page testing.
• Strong knowledge of customer lifecycle management and funnel mapping.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with Klaviyo or comparable email service providers is advantageous.
• Comfort in proposing and conducting experiments; basic understanding of A/B testing principles and analytics is beneficial.
• A strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
