Conversational AI Chat Bot Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Designing and improving conversational chatbot solutions related to Cognigy and NICE Proactive AI Agent for client implementation projects.

• Collaborate as part of the TTEC Digital project team to enhance and refine software developed in JavaScript.

• Write and test code for various projects.

• Deliver high-quality software within deadlines.

• Participate in meetings and training sessions as necessary.

• Conduct system analysis and manage project tasks to ensure successful project completion.

• Possess excellent customer-facing presentation abilities, capable of developing new solution pitches, value propositions, and demo experiences.

• Operate with a significant degree of autonomy in determining objectives and strategies for engagements.

• Identify and resolve code errors for development and upcoming concepts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in building and delivering Natural Language Processing (NLP) systems, including those based on Large Language Models (LLM) or Generative AI solutions.

• At least 3 years of software development experience, covering design, custom development (JavaScript, Python, Java), and testing of real-time systems.

• Over 5 years of experience with JavaScript.

• Familiarity with products such as DialogFlow, Kore.ai, Cognigy, Amazon Lex, or Omilia.

• Practical experience in modern chatbot creation, AI Virtual Agents, and Agent Assist technologies.

• Experience with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), NICE CXone, and CXone Studio is a plus.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and mentor fellow team members.
