This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist with the installation and configuration of control panels and associated equipment.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of electrical and control systems.
• Provide support to senior technicians during service calls and routine maintenance.
• Document service activities and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Learn and adhere to safety protocols and company procedures.
• Travel to customer locations as required (local/regional).
• Keep tools, equipment, and service vehicle in optimal working condition.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or Trade School education in electrical or control systems (preferred).
• Alternatively, 2–5 years of applicable industry experience without formal education.
• Fundamental understanding of electrical components and wiring.
• Capability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
