This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the administrative onboarding process for newly awarded government contracts, ensuring that projects, documentation, and internal systems are set up accurately and efficiently.
• Create and maintain contract records within Unanet, including details about projects, labor categories (LCATs), assignments, funding levels, option years, and updates on contract status.
• Track contract utilization, funding, and burn reporting while assisting with operational reporting and resource planning.
• Organize contract documentation, modifications, option exercises, closeout documentation, and supporting files within SharePoint and other internal repositories.
• Manage the lifecycle of subcontract agreements, teaming agreements, and related contractual documents in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Assist in ongoing contract administration activities to ensure adherence to contractual requirements throughout the performance period.
• Coordinate Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) activities alongside the Director of Client Success and the VP of Strategic Growth and Solutions.
• Monitor contract option periods, key milestones, compliance requirements, and renewal deadlines while proactively communicating upcoming actions.
• Support the Facility Security Officer (FSO) function by organizing personnel security activities, processing security clearances, conducting reinvestigations, and fulfilling annual security training requirements.
• Help with personnel security administration and related compliance activities in accordance with applicable government security regulations.
• Aid ISO compliance initiatives by maintaining documentation, assisting with audits, and encouraging adherence to company quality management processes.
• Coordinate Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and other compliance documentation requested by customers, subcontractors, and business partners.
• Preserve the company’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) library by drafting, organizing, updating, and publishing policies and procedures.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Client Success and cross-functional leadership to ensure operational excellence and organizational compliance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes, documentation standards, and operational workflows.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations and organizational growth.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in government contracting, contract administration, compliance, operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in supporting federal government contracts throughout the entire contract lifecycle.
• Familiarity with contract management or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems; experience with Unanet is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of SharePoint or other document management platforms.
• Understanding of federal contracting concepts, including contract modifications, option periods, subcontract administration, and contract documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
