Contracts Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Organization and management of documents: Maintain both physical and digital contract files, update relevant information, and arrange documents necessary for contract oversight.

• Client and contract registration: Register and revise client and contract details in the company’s internal systems.

• Deadline and expiration monitoring: Keep track of contract deadlines, expirations, renewals, and extensions.

• Client and internal communication: Liaise with clients and internal teams regarding pending items, approvals, and contract statuses.

• Assistance in contract drafting and review: Support the drafting, reviewing, and organizing of contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners, assessing clauses and related risks in line with existing laws, ensuring both legal and internal compliance.

• Ensure adherence to legal standards and internal protocols.

• Aid the team in interactions with external legal advisors when required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or ongoing Law degree (from the 8th semester onward);

• Experience with contracts;

• Prior experience in a legal department within tax consulting and technology firms;

• Understanding of civil, corporate, and tax legislation;

• Familiarity with procurement procedures;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
