This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the management of both incoming and outgoing contracts, ensuring they are accurate and complete.
• Prepare, monitor, and follow up on quotes and RFQs (Requests for Quotation).
• Track project costs and maintain current quote tracking systems.
• Follow up on invoices and assist in pursuing outstanding payments.
• Provide basic scheduling support and coordination for jobs and stakeholders.
• Offer general administrative support and scheduling throughout projects from approval to execution.
• Keep organized records, documentation, and tracking systems.
• Identify areas of inefficiency and proactively enhance workflows and processes.
• Demonstrated experience as a Contracts Administrator, ideally within the construction sector.
• Excellent organizational abilities and outstanding attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and data management purposes.
• Basic financial knowledge, including cost tracking, invoice management, and payment follow-ups.
• Capability to work independently and take initiative in managing processes.
• A proactive, resourceful, and solution-focused mindset.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience supporting international clients is an advantage.
