This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead contractor outreach initiatives within your assigned territory, which includes creating target lists, promoting forthcoming bid opportunities, and conducting outreach through calls and emails.
• Plan and facilitate contractor information sessions, both virtually and in-person, while overseeing cross-functional teamwork during outreach efforts.
• Foster contractor interest to bolster new acquisitions and retention initiatives.
• Broaden our contractor network through strategic research and collaboration with internal teams.
• Keep contractor information current and updated in Salesforce.com.
• Oversee a detailed schedule of bid opportunities and strategically organize outreach activities.
• Coordinate and conduct educational sessions, employing innovative methods to engage contractors beyond conventional webinars and training.
• Interact with contractors via phone, email, and other channels to inform them about bid opportunities, emphasize the advantages of JOC, and cultivate support for this procurement method.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and facilitate problem-solving processes as required.
• Continuously look for opportunities to enhance outreach efficiency and refine standard practices to effectively communicate Gordian’s value proposition.
• Leverage Fortive Business Systems (FBS) tools to promote ongoing improvement.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable.
• Proven ability to achieve results by fulfilling commitments and meeting deadlines.
• Experience or knowledge in the construction sector, especially as a general contractor or subcontractor, is a plus.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and listening competencies.
• Strong presentation skills with clear and concise communication tailored to contractors.
• Understanding of contractors’ needs and a dedication to simplifying their challenges.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to innovate to address contractors’ evolving requirements.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce; familiarity with Salesloft and Smartsheet is an added advantage.
• Experience in business development is beneficial.
