Contracting & Commercial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Facilitate and spearhead contract negotiations with clients across diverse sectors.

• Take responsibility for the financial performance of contracts.

• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.

• Oversee commercial change management and ensure adherence to contractual commitments.

• Prepare and distribute RFPs and contracts to sub-contractors.

• Serve as the main point of contact for contract administration and commercial communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• An internationally recognized qualification in Commercial or Contract Management (or a development plan to obtain this) – essential.

• A degree (minimum HND) in Business, Law, Project Management, or a related field – desirable.

• Membership in a professional body (e.g., RICS) – desirable.

• Demonstrated experience in contract and commercial management within complex organizations.

• Experience in supplying high-tech industrial equipment for large infrastructure projects.

• Exposure to partnerships, channels, and subcontract commercial management.

• Familiarity with standard contract forms (e.g., NEC3, IET MF/1).
