This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Overseeing contracts within Trojan UV’s Commercial sector, which includes the review, drafting, and negotiation support for a variety of commercial agreements (such as sales, distribution, and change orders).
• Collaborating closely with the Global Contracts Manager, regional Contract Managers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.
• Serving as an essential liaison among Regional Sales Managers, Contract Managers, Finance, and occasionally end users during the bidding and purchase order negotiation phases.
• Assisting in positioning Trojan competitively in the marketplace.
• Identifying potential contractual challenges and offering recommendations for resolution.
• Clarifying contract language for Regional Sales Managers.
• Confirming that new order acceptance criteria are met by securing approvals from Finance, Legal, Sales, Operations, and other relevant parties as necessary.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Law (e.g., Wirtschaftsrecht), Business, Law, Economics, or a related field is mandatory.
• Proficiency in both English and German.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in contract sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with capital equipment or complex commercial environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities across cross-functional teams.
• Keen attention to detail with the capacity to recognize contractual risks and deviations.
• Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to independently manage priorities.
