Contract Manager, Upmarket – Dutch Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Manage all assigned customer contracts effectively.

• Directly interact with customers and collaborate with internal team members.

• Oversee a substantial number of account-related tasks.

• Work in tandem with sales representatives and customer success managers.

• Facilitate discussions on forecasting and conduct pipeline reviews.

• Connect with customers through phone communication.

• Proficiency in both English and Dutch.

• Background in customer service and contract management.

• Experience in negotiation or sales.

• Previous experience in account management and/or customer retention.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills.
