Contract & Budget Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Create and negotiate global study budgets in accordance with the requirements outlined in study protocols.

• Evaluate, draft, and negotiate various types of agreements, including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendment agreements.

• Collaborate with supervisors and different internal/external key stakeholders to address and escalate contractual issues as necessary.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.

• Keep relevant study team members informed about the progress of contract negotiations and their execution.

• Facilitate the execution of agreements.

• Assist in maintaining contract files and databases, including the archiving of contracts.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions.

• Perform other assigned tasks.

🏝️ Benefits

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of contract management experience, ideally within a clinical research or similar industry environment.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to clinical research, such as Non-Disclosure Agreements and Clinical Trial Agreements, as well as in managing, controlling, and tracking the contract process.

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, along with a strong attention to detail.

• Post-graduate qualification.
