Contract Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Prepare, assess, and negotiate agreements related to clinical trials, service contracts, confidentiality pacts, and various other legal documents.

• Work in partnership with legal, finance, operations, and other interdisciplinary teams to ensure contracts align with the organization's goals and compliance requirements.

• Offer advice on contractual terms and conditions to internal stakeholders.

• Guarantee compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Keep precise records of contracts and their amendments.

• Monitor contract performance and compliance following execution.

• Create and execute best practices for contract management and process enhancement.

• Assume responsibility for contract management deliverables while collaborating effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• Significant experience in contract negotiation and management, preferably in the clinical research or pharmaceutical sectors.

• Exceptional analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Demonstrated ability to identify and address contractual risks.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to influence and collaborate successfully with a variety of stakeholders.

• Proficiency in contract management software and tools.

• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory and compliance obligations.

• Legal authorization to work in Poland, the location of this position.
