Contract Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Assist in the negotiation and administration of principal clinical trial agreements.

• Directly negotiate with designated sites regarding all site-specific contracting matters, including clinical trial agreements, budgets, payment terms, ancillary agreements, and amendments.

• Collaborate with the internal Study Startup team, CROs, Clinical Operations teams, and TAU partners to enhance overall SB&C metrics and streamline processes.

• Ensure that standards are consistently applied to the SB&C processes across various projects.

• Utilize leading industry tools and data sources to offer budget and contract insights that align with parameters and fair market value guidance.

• Quickly identify and address potential delays, escalating issues to the relevant team members as necessary.

• Monitor all actions and negotiations to guarantee that timelines are met for assigned studies and sites.

• Assist in resolving escalated issues identified by the site activation sub-team in collaboration with the internal Study Startup team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research site contracting and budgeting within a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or related industry vendor.

• Capability to articulate data to support decision-making processes and promote a data-driven approach.

• Familiarity with clinical study protocols and schedules of assessments.

• Excellent organizational, decision-making, communication, and negotiation skills.
