Contract Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Accountable for delivering contract management outputs, ensuring both quality and efficiency.

• Evaluate and assess contracts, agreements, and legal documents pertaining to clinical trial operations and vendor partnerships.

• Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to guarantee adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to evaluate contract risks, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and formulate strategies to address potential challenges.

• Keep precise records of contract status, milestones, and deliverables utilizing contract management systems.

• Offer guidance and assistance to internal teams on contract-related issues, including interpretation, compliance, and conflict resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a similar field.

• At least 2 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or a comparable domain, ideally within the pharmaceutical or clinical research sector.

• Solid understanding of contract law, legal language, and regulatory standards concerning clinical trials and vendor agreements.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of assessing complex contractual matters and suggesting viable solutions.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 5%).
