This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Enhance performance across the network by implementing established behaviors and activities.
• Monitor and assess performance and compliance with the Gerber Operating Model through reporting tools.
• Address operational challenges at action plan or underperforming stores.
• Facilitate training, consulting, coaching, WOW Ready Assessments, audits, visits, and evaluations.
• Collaborate with market managers, general managers, functional leaders, team leaders, and Division Leadership.
• Implement new strategic initiatives as instructed by DDO.
• Offer project consulting and coaching utilizing continuous improvement methodologies.
• Utilize lean-thinking and continuous improvement tools to achieve enhancements in processes, cost reductions, and productivity targets.
• Design and deliver CI training sessions and lead extensive workshops.
• Provide on-demand expertise in process improvement, problem-solving, and innovation.
• Determine CI objectives and KPIs, assist in project prioritization, and support team capacity planning.
• Examine cost-saving prospects and collaborate with finance and business partners to quantify results.
• Carry out precise, impartial, and consistent audits of the Boyd/Gerber Operating Model.
• Follow up on obstacles, action plans, performance reports, and meetings.
• Prioritize focus areas and schedule audits, visits, and evaluations.
• Communicate insights and concerns with Division Leadership.
• Propel and revitalize the WOW Operating way.
• Travel frequently to markets to uncover continuous improvement opportunities.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is required.
• An MBA is preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in applying Lean Six Sigma techniques, ideally in the automotive or manufacturing sectors.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification is preferred.
• Experience in project management.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both internal and external customers.
• Proven ability to influence others, including senior leaders.
• Proficient in developing and delivering training content and leading large workshops.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to multitask and adjust priorities.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data, making recommendations based on findings.
• Detail-oriented with robust technical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently, being in the market several days per week.
