This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Map, design, and enhance software quality and testing processes.
• Identify shortcomings and bottlenecks in development and quality workflows.
• Evaluate process maturity and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Suggest and implement governance frameworks and performance metrics.
• Conduct quality evaluations and assist with internal process audits.
• Facilitate workshops, provide mentoring, and deliver training on quality best practices and agile methodologies.
• Assess market tools and aid in the adoption of solutions that enhance quality processes.
• Assist in the integration of quality practices within agile teams and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Proven experience in the field is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related area.
• Strong understanding of software quality and test engineering.
• Experience in process mapping and modeling (BPMN, ARIS, or similar).
• Familiarity with software maturity models such as CMMI, TMMi, PMM, OPM3.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, Lean).
• Ability to interpret and analyze quality metrics and indicators.
• Experience with tools that facilitate process and quality management.
