This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Identify new content sources accessible on the internet.
• Assess alerts related to content processing.
• Propose innovative ideas and strategies for effective troubleshooting.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, responding to inquiries related to content.
• Actively engage with content providers and internal teams for follow-ups.
• Monitor processing status and produce reports on content usage.
• Develop, revise, and document processes for content onboarding.
• Evaluate documents for property categorization and tagging throughout the processing pipeline.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• 0-4 years of experience in data entry and/or data maintenance.
• High willingness and capacity to learn.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, Linear, Notion, and the creation of SOPs.
• Capability to simplify and articulate complex issues clearly.
• An energetic and creative personality.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Interest and aptitude for working independently.
• Availability to work a late shift to support the U.S. revenue team.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Familiarity with financial information/data and analyst workflows.
