This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead or engage in briefing, input, and discovery meetings; generate innovative written concepts that align with client briefs.
• Craft strategic content designed for various audience segments, job families, regions, and levels of seniority.
• Develop captivating concepts and provide clear direction for the design team, effectively communicating your ideas and merging words and visuals into exceptional final products.
• Present outlines, drafts, and works-in-progress; solicit client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to advance projects.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Account Managers to ensure work remains aligned with strategy, vision, and deadlines.
• 2 to 7 years of relevant experience as an intermediate to senior writer.
• Writing experience in areas such as Human Resources, Talent & Culture, Purpose & Values, Employee Value Proposition (EVP), Leadership, Storytelling, Talent Attraction, or Internal Communications (client-side), and/or proven B2B experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities across both long and short formats.
• Strong research capabilities.
• Proficiency in digital platforms and SEO.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of working independently.
• A collaborative mindset—pleasant to work with, dependable, and eager to explore innovative and disruptive solutions.
• Proficient French writing skills for the Quebec market are a considerable advantage.
• Familiarity with MS-Teams, video calls, and screen-sharing is essential.
• Comfortable with remote work.
