Content Specialist, Edits

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Handling and executing website editing requests submitted by clients

• Converting client feedback into effective web design solutions

• Assessing client requests and implementing modifications to website content

• Leveraging AI tools to efficiently revise, enhance, or modify text provided by the client

• Analyzing client-requested modifications in relation to User Experience (UX) best practices

• Conducting thorough quality checks on all finalized edits

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required

• Demonstrated experience in web design, content editing, or digital asset management

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is advantageous

• Customer Support Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in customer service, client onboarding, or support ticketing is highly regarded
