Content Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create, compose, and edit internal communications, such as newsletters, email updates, leadership announcements, and campaign materials.

• Uphold TaskUs messaging standards across internal platforms, on-site visuals, and email correspondence.

• Adhere to ticketing and approval processes while collaborating with Creative teams and department stakeholders.

• Write official brand-consistent scripts and communication messages for internal purposes.

• Drive Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Marketing initiatives from concept to execution.

• Develop proposal presentations and project strategy decks.

• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.

• Coordinate with the Creative team to obtain visual assets.

• Address marketing requests related to recruitment and hiring for the designated geographic area.

• Assist local hiring efforts such as Open Houses and Job Fairs by providing marketing materials and coordinating campaigns.

• Work together with Social Media and Creative teams on localized hiring campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, public relations, project management, or a related field.

• Outstanding proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a similar field.

• Proven experience leading projects in a dynamic, collaborative, preferably international setting.

• Excellent project coordination capabilities.

• Skillful in managing various stakeholders and timelines effectively.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Capability to meet deadlines even under pressure.
