Content Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Blog: coordinating the work of expert writers (task assignment, deadline management, quality control, article reviews, edits, and feedback provision, overseeing the publication and payment processes)

• Organizing and maintaining a stable content production process

• Planning content in collaboration with the SEO team (topics, formats, priorities)

• Ensuring content meets requirements: structure, logic, tone of voice, brand guidelines. Guaranteeing consistent brand communication across all materials

• Writing original materials (brand communication, PR articles, blog posts)

• Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, product, design) to align on content

• Analyzing the blog and making data-driven decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally (both written and verbal); English proficiency — B2–C1;

• Experience testing and implementing content strategies to generate organic leads and improve conversion rates;

• Background in working with textual content (blogs, media, PR, SEO articles, brand communication): writing and editing materials; a strong sense of structure, logic, and readability of text;

• Experience coordinating writers or working with freelance authors (task assignment, quality control, deadlines);

• Skills in preparing clear specifications/briefs for article writing;

• Experience in editing and reviewing texts, providing structured feedback;

• Understanding of SEO principles (keywords, article structure, search intent);

• Experience writing original materials (blog, PR, brand communication);

• Proficient in using analytical tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, or equivalents), capable of analyzing content effectiveness, generating insights, and making data-driven decisions.
