Content & Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Conduct trend research by analyzing current viral short-video trends to uncover content opportunities for our creators.

• Cultivate or enhance an authentic and recognizable brand identity for creator profiles.

• Develop clear and efficient scripts and briefings to enable creators to generate high-quality and targeted content.

• Manage posting and account operations, ensuring profiles are maintained in a strategic, visually appealing, and editorially consistent manner.

• Assess content performance metrics, identify areas for optimization, and implement strategies to enhance results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in online marketing, social media management, or influencer marketing.

• Strong intuition for virality, trends, and effective content formats.

• A performance-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and growth.

• Bonus (not mandatory): Background in copywriting, paid advertising, or performance marketing.

• Basic understanding of video editing or short-form video optimization.
