Content Publisher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Publish and format content within our CMS in accordance with established SOPs.

• Review and clean basic HTML markup to ensure proper page rendering.

• Accurately and consistently migrate content between different systems.

• Conduct quality assurance on published pages to identify formatting errors, broken elements, and any inconsistencies.

• Clearly flag issues without waiting for someone else to resolve them.

• Maintain a high level of productivity while keeping error rates to a minimum.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in any discipline is an advantage.

• Over 3 years of experience with both traditional CMS platforms (like WordPress) and structured or headless CMS tools (such as Contentstack, Contentful, or similar).

• Strong written English skills are essential — you don’t need to be a professional writer, but you should be able to identify when something appears incorrect or reads poorly.

• Basic understanding of HTML — while you're not a developer, you can read markup and make necessary adjustments.

• Ability to consistently follow a documented process across numerous pages.

• Self-motivated and dependable — you manage your own workload and know when to seek assistance versus when to proceed independently.

• Exceptional attention to detail — you recognize that small errors can quickly add up at this volume of work.

• Experience in content migration projects is preferred.

• Familiarity with basic SEO publishing principles (meta fields, header hierarchy, etc.) is a plus.

• A quiet workspace is necessary for optimal productivity.

• A reliable internet connection with a minimum of 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed is required.

• Mobile device running Android version 7.0 or higher, or iOS 13.0 or higher.

• The device must have an automatic screen lock and require a passcode, FaceID, or fingerprint to unlock.
