This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Contribute to the evolution of learning during a significant transformation.
β’ Design and develop a thorough training curriculum that meets programme and regulatory standards.
β’ Create role-specific learning pathways customized for various audiences and stakeholder groups.
β’ Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to produce high-quality learning materials and resources.
β’ Oversee the complete training activity delivery, ensuring adherence to deadlines and programme milestones.
β’ Facilitate and conduct training sessions, modifying style and approach to suit audience requirements.
β’ Develop captivating communications that enhance awareness, comprehension, and participation in learning initiatives.
β’ Establish post-implementation support strategies, including refresher training and ongoing learning resources.
β’ Ensure that learning solutions are practical, accessible, and relevant for operational teams and frontline settings.
β’ Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering learning curricula and structured learning pathways for varied audiences.
β’ Experience in supporting large-scale transformation, compliance, change, or regulatory programmes.
β’ Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with a background in collaborative work across multiple business sectors.
β’ Proficiency in creating engaging learning solutions through various delivery methods, including digital, in-person, and blended formats.
β’ Ability to juggle competing priorities and produce high-quality results within stringent deadlines.
β’ Experience in facilitating and delivering training to diverse audiences.
β’ Experience in integrating learning into everyday business operations, including continuous improvement and post-go-live support.
β’ CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification in Learning & Development or HR.
β’ Certifications in Instructional Design or Learning & Development.
β’ Experience with digital learning tools, such as Articulate.
β’ Qualifications in Train-the-Trainer or facilitation.
β’ Familiarity with change management and regulated environments.
β’ Experience in veterinary, healthcare, dental, or similar clinical fields.
β’ Contribute to the evolution of learning during a significant transformation.
β’ Secondment / Fixed-Term Contract β 6 Months (with Potential for Extension).
β’ Remote work (with occasional travel within the UK).
