Content Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Formulating and implementing content strategies tailored for the German-speaking (DACH) market, encompassing blogs, landing pages, and marketing initiatives.

• Producing, localizing, and enhancing content including blog posts, newsletters, email marketing, and website text.

• Performing keyword analysis and leveraging SEO best practices to boost organic visibility and performance.

• Refining landing pages, product pages, and informational content to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.

• Overseeing content localization while maintaining consistency in tone and voice across all German-language platforms.

• Strategizing and facilitating ecommerce campaigns, seasonal promotions, and lifecycle communications specifically for the DACH region.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (Growth, Product, Design, CRM) to ensure alignment in messaging and content strategy.

• Tracking content performance and continuously adapting based on insights from SEO and engagement metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in content marketing, copywriting, SEO, or editorial positions (experience in ecommerce is a significant advantage).

• Native-level proficiency in German along with excellent written English skills.

• Comprehensive understanding of SEO principles, keyword analysis, and on-page optimization techniques.

• Experience in creating or localizing content for targeted markets or demographics.

• Ability to compose clear, engaging, and conversion-focused copy.

• Familiarity with ecommerce, digital marketing, or SaaS/on-demand platforms is advantageous.

• Strong organizational abilities with a knack for managing multiple content streams effectively.

• Analytical mindset with a keen interest in performance measurement and optimization.

• Highly self-driven with a proactive attitude and the capacity to independently manage projects from concept to execution.
