Content Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Developing and implementing content strategies tailored for the German-speaking (DACH) market across blogs, landing pages, and marketing initiatives.

• Crafting, localizing, and enhancing content such as blog posts, newsletters, email campaigns, and website text.

• Performing keyword research and utilizing SEO best practices to boost organic visibility and performance.

• Enhancing landing pages, product pages, and informational content to drive engagement and conversions.

• Overseeing content localization and ensuring a consistent tone of voice across all German-language interactions.

• Planning and facilitating e-commerce campaigns, seasonal promotions, and lifecycle communications for the DACH region.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Growth, Product, Design, CRM) to synchronize messaging and content strategies.

• Tracking content performance and continuously refining approaches based on SEO and engagement data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in content marketing, copywriting, SEO, or editorial positions, with e-commerce experience being a significant advantage.

• Native proficiency in German and exceptional written English skills.

• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page optimization techniques.

• Experience in creating or localizing content for targeted markets or audiences.

• Capability to produce clear, engaging, and conversion-focused copy.

• Familiarity with e-commerce, digital marketing, or SaaS/on-demand platforms is a plus.

• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple content streams simultaneously.

• Analytical mindset with a keen interest in performance tracking and optimization.

• Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach and the capability to independently drive projects from concept to execution.
