This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and implement a content marketing strategy for the new neurodiversity pathway and product aimed at children and young people.
• Produce web copy, blogs, guides, emails, social/video scripts, and campaign materials.
• Convert intricate clinical and pathway information into clear, precise, and empathetic content.
• Collaborate with clinical and Information Governance teams to ensure content accuracy, review, and compliance with healthcare marketing standards.
• Create and oversee a content calendar for both organic and paid channels.
• Lead the planning and execution of campaigns from concept to launch, while evaluating their performance.
• Work alongside Design, Digital, and Business Development teams to produce website, sales, and partner-facing content.
• Implement SEO best practices and utilize audience insights to enhance engagement, performance, and conversion rates.
• Track content performance and manage external contributors or freelancers effectively.
• Utilize data to refine content and channel strategies.
• Independently manage workload and adapt to changing priorities.
• Engage in supervision, Performance Development Reviews (PDR), and mandatory training sessions.
• Proven experience in content creation and marketing, supported by a robust written and/or multimedia portfolio.
• Experience in crafting content for children and young people, as well as their parents and caregivers.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute content strategies that align with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in managing campaigns from concept and planning phases through to launch and post-launch evaluation.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for various audiences and channels.
• Experience collaborating with clinical, technical, or regulatory experts to transform complex information into accessible content.
• Confident in using CMS, email marketing tools, SEO, and analytics platforms.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple content workflows, deadlines, and priorities independently in a remote-first setting.
• Authentic interest in and sensitivity to neurodiversity, mental health, and healthcare communications for children and young people.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.
• Desirable: experience in healthcare, mental health, or regulated-industry content.
• Desirable: experience in product or service launches, particularly related to digital health products or pathways for children and young people.
• Desirable: background in children's or family healthcare, education, or children's publishing/media.
• Desirable: understanding of principles for accessible and neuro-inclusive content design.
• Desirable: experience managing freelance writers, designers, or video producers.
• Desirable: familiarity with NHS and private healthcare marketing considerations.
