This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and implement content strategy, editorial calendars, and production workflows to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Create product content for launches, feature releases, and updates, ensuring that complex functionalities are communicated clearly to the appropriate audiences.
• Enhance industry presence and social media engagement through high-quality reports and insightful commentary, positioning us as a leading voice in open finance, alongside a standout LinkedIn presence.
• Produce sales enablement materials, including case studies, one-pagers, and presentations, to equip our sales team with the essential tools to close deals.
• Design lead nurturing strategies, conversion pathways, and lifecycle content that effectively guide prospects through the sales funnel and ensure customer success long after signing.
• Ensure messaging alignment across functions such as Product, Sales, SDRs, Customer Success, and Account Management, while tracking performance to refine effective strategies.
• Minimum of 5 years in a content marketing role with prior B2B experience, preferably in fintech, banking, payments, or a related field.
• Native or near-native English proficiency; proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical or financial products into clear and engaging content.
• Strong storytelling abilities and editorial skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience creating research-driven, insight-oriented content that provides real value to the audience.
• Excellent project management capabilities, allowing you to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Familiarity with SEO principles, a collaborative mindset, and comfort with modern tools such as CMS platforms, analytics, and AI-assisted workflows.
