This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with Legalist’s business goals and growth objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance market presence and strengthen the brand.
• Convert business priorities into quantifiable initiatives across branding, content, communications, and digital platforms.
• Set marketing priorities and assess the effectiveness of initiatives.
• Manage Legalist’s brand in all external marketing materials and communications.
• Ensure uniform messaging and visual identity in client-facing presentations and digital assets.
• Cultivate relationships with designers, PR partners, and other external collaborators.
• Boost brand visibility through public relations, media engagements, and thought leadership.
• Oversee the content strategy for newsletters, website, thought leadership, and various marketing channels.
• Simplify complex legal and financial topics into engaging, understandable content with input from subject matter experts.
• Manage pitch decks, presentations, one-pagers, newsletters, and case studies that support business development.
• Keep the website dynamic and representative of the Legalist brand.
• Collaborate with designers and external web vendors to improve the website experience.
• Establish KPIs and assess marketing performance.
• Leverage data to pinpoint opportunities and enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Create reports that provide leadership with insights into marketing performance and business impact.
• A minimum of 5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in asset management, financial services, legal, fintech, or another relationship-driven sector.
• Strong preference for experience in content creation and brand marketing within fintech, legal, or asset management.
• Proven experience leading a marketing function in a growing organization or managing marketing in a streamlined environment.
• Solid foundation in brand marketing, content, communications, and public relations.
• Experience overseeing websites, marketing materials, pitch decks, presentations, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns.
• Ability to utilize data for evaluating effectiveness and guiding strategy.
• Exceptional project management skills with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating directly with senior leadership.
