📋 Description

• Be the owner of the content direction: generate ideas, plan, create, and analyze content alongside the team.

• Develop and manage the content calendar, testing new formats and platforms.

• Monitor trends in YouTube, media, and the creator economy, transforming them into hypotheses for content strategies.

• Collaborate with the Growth Manager to create and manage SEO-optimized content for the website (product pages, landing pages, blog).

• Track key metrics and optimize content based on data.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the role of Content Marketing Manager or a related field.

• Strong copywriting skills and a fundamental understanding of SEO.

• Hands-on experience with various formats and platforms (YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

• Data-driven approach and ability to work with analytics.

• English proficiency at C1+ level.

• Willingness to take ownership of the direction and be accountable for results.
