Content Marketing Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create and produce technical content tailored for an audience of senior engineers and engineering leads.

• Ensure timely distribution of each piece across owned channels and external platforms on the day of publication.

• Oversee social media presence across various accounts.

• Manage SEO/GEO and AI visibility metrics.

• Execute Google Ads campaigns – set up campaigns, manage budget, and measure results against the pipeline.

• Schedule podcast appearances and external content opportunities for founders.

• Develop example repositories and demo projects.

• Establish and maintain the production pipeline.

• You have successfully delivered content that gained traction.

• Your writing is tailored for engineers.

• You possess coding skills sufficient to automate your workflow.

• AI workflows serve as your production strategy.

• You prioritize distribution as much as creation.

• You are accountable for the metrics.

• Nice to have: Experience in marketing developer tools or infrastructure products.

• Familiarity with localization, i18n, or multilingual software.

• Background in demand generation.

• Experience with content at the category level.
