This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing our publishing workflow as a Content Marketing Intern.

• Collaborate closely with writers, SEO specialists, and team leaders to ensure content is published accurately, consistently, and maintains the expected quality.

• Upload and format content on our CMS while ensuring that each page complies with quality standards.

• Review SEO fundamentals, identify editorial issues, and highlight gaps prior to content going live.

• Provide support to the broader content team with operational tasks such as auditing pages, maintaining documents, and executing process-driven work.

• Gain insights into how content operations, SEO, and publishing workflows integrate on a large scale.

• Contribute meaningful work from the very first week and acquire practical experience in delivering high-quality content.

• Keen attention to detail and consistency.

• Ability to accurately follow templates and editorial guidelines.

• Basic understanding of what constitutes clear and useful content.

• Comfort with AI-generated content and the ability to identify its shortcomings.

• Strong instincts for research and fact-checking.

• Capable of uploading, formatting, and structuring content on our CMS (Prismic).

• Ensure appropriate use of headings, links, and overall page structure.

• Maintain consistency in formatting and layout throughout pages.

• Review AI-generated drafts against our templates before publishing.

• Verify SEO essentials: meta title, meta description, and internal linking.

• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or content that fails to meet our standards.

• Perform light editing as needed: address clarity issues, eliminate repetition, and enhance flow.

• Involve team leads and writers when necessary to elevate content quality.

• Assist the team with page audits and content hygiene tasks.

• Help to maintain and update internal documents as required.

• Manage process-driven tasks that ensure the content pipeline operates smoothly.

• Process-oriented: You adhere to systems and raise alerts when something seems amiss.

• Detail-oriented: You notice inconsistencies that others might overlook.
