Content Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify and implement innovative and distinctive growth marketing campaign concepts to engage prospects and convert leads.

• Collaborate with Pathmonk’s global Growth team to brainstorm and execute unique experiments aimed at developing, targeting, and executing strategies that generate direct revenue impact.

• Oversee the pipeline of experimental testing opportunities to ensure optimal testing velocity; establish growth campaign objectives, analyze demand generation performance, extract insights, and present results to enable data-driven decision-making.

• Host the Pathmonk Presents Growth Marketing Podcast to increase awareness.

• Perform video editing and cutting for the Pathmonk Presents podcast.

• Create design assets for the Pathmonk Presents podcast.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in growth marketing.

• A genuine interest and enjoyment in hosting Pathmonk’s Growth Marketing podcast.

• Proficient in video editing and design tools (such as Camtasia, Sketch, Adobe Suite, or similar).

• Practical experience in developing and executing campaigns across various channels and tactics (including website, email/marketing automation, paid digital, forums, etc.).

• A thorough understanding of marketing funnel strategies and metrics relevant to each stage of the buyer’s journey, with a proven track record of enhancing funnel conversion and managing campaigns to meet KPIs.

• Familiarity with marketing technologies, along with a solid understanding of analytics tools, content management systems, and testing tools.

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively; you will manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.

• Native-level proficiency in English.
