Content Manager, Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee Magwitch’s organic content strategy across LinkedIn (primary), Facebook, and Instagram.

• Generate and share clear, professional posts that detail product updates, features, and insights from the industry.

• Handle merchant communications through HubSpot, which includes: newsletters, announcements, product updates, and lifecycle messaging.

• Maintain an active and engaging social media presence by monitoring interactions and responding to comments and messages.

• Independently create static content, including posts, simple visuals, and graphics.

• Coordinate with external freelancers as necessary for the production of video assets, animations, and advanced creative content.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent messaging tone across all communication channels.

• Take responsibility for establishing a credible and consistent marketing voice tailored for a U.S. fintech audience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing an organic content strategy from start to finish.

• Strong background in creating content for LinkedIn.

• Ability to quickly grasp fintech or technical products and articulate them in clear messaging.

• Proficient in content creation, including writing and simple visuals.

• Experience utilizing HubSpot or comparable CRM/email tools.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a high-responsibility environment.

• Excellent written English skills (clear, structured, and professional).

• Nice to have: Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or platforms aimed at merchants.

• Nice to have: Experience in building a content presence from the ground up.

• Nice to have: Experience in coordinating freelancers or creative vendors.

• Nice to have: Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar).
