This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Design and lead content strategies that align with marketing objectives and lead generation.
• Understand brands and audiences while identifying growth opportunities.
• Define strategies for various channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.), taking into account formats, algorithms, and trends.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and lead presentations and follow-ups.
• Coordinate the team and ensure quality and results in every deliverable.
• Analyze metrics (SEO, performance, engagement) and continuously optimize.
• Integrate organic content with performance strategies (paid media).
• Promote the use of analytics and AI tools to enhance results.
• Experience in digital marketing and content creation (preferably in an agency).
• Practical knowledge of LinkedIn (algorithm, formats, B2B lead generation).
• Familiarity with metrics and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
• Understanding of performance marketing concepts (funnels, CAC, LTV).
• Experience or knowledge in SEO (keywords, content structure, optimization).
• Strategic and analytical profile (not just execution).
• Excellent writing skills and creative judgment.
• Ability to lead, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Curiosity about trends, formats, and new tools. Bonus points.
• Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog.
• Experience leading teams or projects.
• Knowledge of AI applied to content/SEO.
