Content Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia.

📋 Description

• Engage with stakeholders regarding delivery and manage client expectations concerning delivery timelines and progress.

• Receive and handle market requests (tickets).

• Oversee the production team (Content Authors, QAs), including task assignments and coordination of activities.

• Provide guidance and technical support to the production team.

• Lead daily stand-up meetings.

• Manage workflow, triage tickets, and liaise with enabling teams.

• Identify and mitigate dependencies, risks, issues, and blockers across teams.

• Deliver weekly status reports and participate in weekly status calls.

• Monitor project progress and report status updates to stakeholders.

• Analyze L2 scope and review the Content Matrix and Market Input, assisting the market with queries.

• Manage sprints and establish backlogs.

• Communicate with stakeholders regarding progress, blockers, and issues.

• Track projects and oversee dashboards.

• Own project and team activities within the Supplier’s scope.
