Content Insertion Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Organize and manage the daily operational activities and staff within the department.

• Conduct testing of all streaming events to ensure they function correctly.

• Provide support and escalate any issues from the start of an event until its conclusion.

• Establish and maintain daily operation sheets and tracking systems.

• Verify operator setups and oversee events throughout their duration.

• Operate events without the need for active slating, as necessary.

• Collaborate with other departments on routine troubleshooting, unforeseen issues, and changes to the schedule.

• Oversee all events that fall under this role's responsibilities.

• Perform additional tasks as required to successfully execute the role.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as an operator or in a comparable role within live streaming operations.

• Must be available to work on weekends and holidays, including evenings and overnight shifts.

• Access to fast internet and a quiet workspace.

• Basic proficiency in computer skills, including knowledge of common word processors, spreadsheets, Microsoft Teams, and email.

• Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, quick learner, and strong problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

• Familiarity with major sports and a capacity to rapidly learn new sports and live event formats.

• Awareness of some of the company's live streaming platforms.

• A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required.

• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

• Experience with video editing software is preferred.

• Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of Mac OS and Microsoft Office, are preferred.

• Experience in a live production environment is preferred.
