Content Growth Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete lifecycle of lead magnets (ebooks, templates, guides)

• Evaluate blog performance to develop new lead magnets

• Monitor lead magnet effectiveness and conduct experiments for enhancements

• Work in collaboration with content teams to ensure effective distribution of lead magnets

• Formulate hypotheses, test, and refine projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in a content-related position (such as landing pages, email copy, or comprehensive guides)

• Excellent writing abilities in creating landing pages, email copy, and long-form content

• Proficient in building dashboards and managing performance reports

• Fluent in English and skilled in Spanish; knowledge of French, German, Italian, or Portuguese is advantageous
