This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +4 more countries.
• Develop and oversee AirOps content workflows for all types of content.
• Create and set up brand kits during client onboarding; manage the workflow that ensures they remain updated when editors modify writer’s guides — the Content Engineer is responsible for the mechanism, while editors manage the content.
• Evaluate the quality of workflow outputs at a structural level: assess research approaches, ensure alignment with methodologies, and check the readiness of briefs for editorial review.
• Modify workflows in response to the evolving strategy of the Foundation — including new formats, methodology adjustments, and template revisions.
• Facilitate client onboarding as the pilot program expands.
• Resolve workflow issues; escalate to AirOps support when necessary.
• Increase the Foundation’s utilization of AirOps by exploring new capabilities and integrating them into production.
• Systems thinking — deconstructs content processes into logical components, identifying breakdown points.
• AI fluency — adept with AI tools, prompt logic, and automation platforms.
• Content knowledge — comprehends the workings of various content types; familiarity with AI visibility and GEO is a significant advantage.
