Content Distribution Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Publish a variety of products on our website according to established timelines.

• Distribute Packt products, such as books, videos, and courses, to multiple channel partners in alignment with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

• Cultivate strong relationships with team members through effective teamwork.

• Provide training to team members regarding new and existing clients, processes, and best practices.

• Update and maintain the guidelines for all distribution channels and workflows.

• Ensure 100% quality in all assigned tasks by conducting thorough checks and adhering to established standards.

• Monitor product availability across distributed platforms and guarantee that systems are updated with precise data.

• Proactively adapt to changes in systems and new processes.

• Manage multiple requests from various channels simultaneously.

• Conduct proactive research and explore topics as necessary to enhance knowledge and problem-solving capabilities.
