Content Developer

📋 Description

• Develop realistic, threat-informed training that enables learners to identify risks, make informed decisions, and alter behaviors.

• Manage the entire learning content lifecycle, from conducting needs assessments and setting objectives to writing, developing, revising, and delivering content.

• Design engaging written modules, interactive scenarios, branching activities, knowledge checks, simulations, and multimedia learning resources.

• Create learning experiences using Articulate Storyline and various content development tools.

• Incorporate gamification, learner choice, storytelling, and scenario-based design to enhance the training's interactivity and memorability.

• Perform learning needs assessments and analyze training requirements to identify the most suitable learning solutions.

• Utilize action mapping and outcome-driven design to align training initiatives with real performance objectives.

• Explore AI tools for ideation, content creation, prototyping, scenario development, media production, assessment design, and enhancing learner engagement.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, product teams, security personnel, and creative groups to translate complex concepts into clear learning experiences.

• Create or partner on the development of videos, animations, visuals, interactive media, and various content formats.

• Continuously enhance learning experiences based on feedback, learner requirements, quality benchmarks, and performance targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or eLearning content creation.

• Proficient in Articulate Storyline; familiarity with Rise or the wider Articulate 360 suite is an advantage.

• Strong grasp of adult learning principles, learning objectives, and outcome-focused design methodologies.

• Proven experience in crafting scenario-based, interactive, and gamified learning experiences.

• Ability to produce clear, engaging instructional content that facilitates behavior change.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, ElevenLabs, Synthesia, or other creative AI technologies.

• Experience in conducting learning needs assessments and analyzing training requirements.

• Proficiency in video production tools such as Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Premiere Pro, Descript, Synthesia, Canva, or similar platforms.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment with shifting priorities.

• Strong creative abilities and a passion for introducing innovative concepts to training and content development.

• Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools to enhance learning design, delivery, production, and efficiency.

• Capability to manage content from concept to completion while remaining aligned with learner needs and business objectives.

• A learner-centric and teaching philosophy-oriented approach to design.
