📋 Description

• Develop, shoot, and edit high-quality, platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social media channels.

• Transform brand campaigns, product priorities, and cultural events into engaging, social-first narratives.

• Adhere to the content calendar with timely and on-brand asset deliveries.

• Capture content in diverse environments, including in-office settings, on-location, and during events or shoots as necessary.

• Produce content tailored to the distinct behaviors, formats, and expectations of each platform, such as differentiating approaches for TikTok versus Instagram.

• Stay informed on trends, audio, creators, and platform updates to guide content development.

• Spot opportunities for reactive and real-time content that enhances relevance and engagement.

• Continuously experiment and refine content formats based on performance metrics and best practices from each platform.

• Collaborate closely with the Social Media & Influencer Manager to bring campaigns to life through content.

• Work together with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Design, Brand Marketing) to ensure alignment on product priorities and storytelling.

• Organize and maintain content libraries to support both ongoing and future requirements.

• Utilize performance insights and engagement trends to enhance and inform creative output.

• Contribute innovative ideas that aid in audience growth, engagement, and brand relevance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, communications, or a related discipline preferred.

• Over 1 year of experience in social-first content creation within the fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods sectors.

• Portfolio required, showcasing platform-specific content across Instagram and TikTok.

• Proficient in content creation and editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar applications.

• Comprehensive understanding of platform behaviors, trends, and content formats.

• Comfort on camera and representing the brand in content is a plus.

• Strong creative instincts, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent organizational skills and follow-through.

• Ability to operate with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong initiative.

• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.

• Capacity to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, handling situations with confidence, tact, and resourcefulness.
