Content Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop clear, user-focused content experiences

• Utilize established content design guidelines and principles

• Champion user-centered design, design thinking, and service design

• Participate in digital service design within a collaborative team setting

⛳️ Requirements

• Audit, commission, plan, create, and edit digital content across relevant channels

• Capable of designing and implementing content strategies and recommendations based on user needs, research, and analysis

• Extensive experience in writing for the web; demonstrated ability to create accessible and user-friendly content

• Experience in conducting content audits, developing taxonomies, and mapping and modeling content

• Proven experience in producing style, governance, and workflow guidelines

• Extensive experience with content management systems

• Collaborates with the broader project team to highlight the value of content design and advocates for effective content strategies

• Comfortable organizing and conducting content critiques

• Capable of effective communication at all levels

• Possesses sound commercial awareness

• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies (desirable)

• Familiarity with assisting in or conducting research and analyzing findings to identify content needs (desirable)

• Experience in a full-service digital agency environment (desirable)
