Content Designer – 6-month Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Develop refined user interface copy in both Chinese and English for various products, simplifying intricate descriptions to ensure clear communication with end users.

• Collaborate with senior designers and product managers to ensure that all copy aligns with product objectives and adheres to overall user experience standards.

• Design, evaluate, and enhance AI prompts for Binance's internal AI products, revising the prompt content based on practical application outcomes.

• Work closely with engineering and product teams to guarantee that all copy is accurately implemented in live products.

• Regularly review existing bilingual content, rephrase ambiguous or unclear wording, and systematically maintain and update the content archive.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in content creation and the AI industry, investigating innovative copywriting and prompt design strategies to enhance overall work efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Translation, Linguistics, Journalism, UX Design, or a related field.

• Proficiency in English is essential for effective coordination with international partners and stakeholders. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. A basic understanding of UX copy guidelines is highly desirable.

• A genuine passion for the internet, AI, and fintech products, coupled with a keen eye for linguistic details.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tasks.

• Previous experience in copywriting or AI prompt design is advantageous.
