Content Creator, Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategizing, crafting, and disseminating blog articles focused on pertinent subjects concerning online marketing, sales funnels, and digital business models.

• Creating innovative content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to enhance reach, engagement, and brand recognition.

• Conducting research on industry trends, customer inquiries, and contemporary topics to consistently generate fresh content ideas.

• Producing and preparing written texts, graphics, and various content formats in partnership with the marketing and design teams.

• Evaluating the effectiveness of blog and social media content and developing optimization strategies for future posts.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess experience in content marketing, social media management, online editorial roles, or a similar position.

• You have a strong aptitude for audience-targeted communication and can articulate content in a clear, creative, and engaging manner.

• You are proficient in German and have solid English skills for research and collaboration with our international team.

• You operate in a structured, self-directed manner and proactively contribute innovative ideas.

• You have an interest in online marketing, digital business models, and the latest trends in content and social media.

• Nice to have: familiarity with SEO, content optimization, and keyword research.

• Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools.

• Background in marketing automation, funnel systems, or content management systems.

• Knowledge of performance marketing (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) and data-driven content optimization.
