Content Creator – Social Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop and produce short-form content for social media (video and copy) that clearly and creatively communicates the company's value proposition, enhances brand recognition, and drives engagement and conversion with target audiences.

• Ideation and development of scripts and concepts for short formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).

• Production and editing of vertical videos tailored to each platform.

• Crafting optimized copies, captions, and calls to action for improved performance.

• Planning and executing the content calendar in collaboration with the Marketing team.

• Publishing and scheduling on social platforms and performing basic community management.

• Analyzing performance metrics (KPIs: reach, views, engagement, retention) and ongoing optimization.

• Collaborating with product, design, and paid media teams to align messages and creative assets.

• Utilizing AI tools (e.g., GPT) to assist in idea generation, scriptwriting, and text editing.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience creating content for social media, preferably in vertical formats focused on organic growth and paid strategies.

• A portfolio or reels demonstrating results in audience engagement and retention.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Audiovisual Production, Design, or related fields (or equivalent demonstrable experience).
